BFC Pay is quick and simple to register for as any Corporate customer (the employer) can Register Online by visiting the Corporate Portal section on the BFC Payments website. Registration Process for Employers

  • Certified copy of valid Commercial Registration.
  • Valid Smartcard & passport copies and Smartcard reader information printout of all owners, directors and authorised signatories.
  • Valid Smartcard, passport copy and details of each employee including salary amount to be paid and mobile number.
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association (including all amendments) and most recent audited financials.
  • Certified beneficial ownership chart for multi-tiered ownership structures.
  • Proof of purpose of transaction and source of funds.
